Renegade Juvenile Court Judge Orders
Impoundment of Materials Being Sued on in Federal CourtThe materials being sued upon in the Jim Linnehan's federal case are the subject of Judge Mark E. Lawton's unlawful order FAXed to Barbara C. Johnson, the owner of this website, by the lawyer who allegedly represents Jim's son, Brenden.
Below the caption is the outrageous order, which is reminiscent of edicts issued by tyrants, autocrats, and sociopaths who have climbed to the pinnacle of power in countries other than OUR U.S. of A.
I weep.
This is no longer the country I pledged allegiance to as a schoolgirl.
The unlawfulness of the court order is of infinite magnitude.
The Juvenile Court has no personal jurisdiction over me or subject-matter jurisdiction over what is on this website. No pleadings from the Juvenile Court are or ever have been on this website..I, Barbara C. Johnson, have never been inside New Bedford Juvenile Court, have never filed an appearance in a case in New Bedford Juvenile Court, have never been served with a Complaint filed in New Bedford Juvenile Court.
Update: On 5/7/01, I was served with a pleading entitled "Verified Complaint for Equity Relief." The problem is, beside the fact that the grammar is incorrect, the so-called Complaint is not in recognizable form -- although written by a woman who sells her services as an attorney -- and neither myself nor Jim Linnehan is named as a defendant.Juvenile Court has no jurisdiction over torts .I also call attention to the visitors of this website that you are here free of charge, that I have never charged anyone money to read the materials on this website.
To get this unforgivably unlawful order, Deborah Wolf, Esq., who is a court-appointed attorney for the child, committed a fraud upon the court . . . when she wrote I posted the pleadings in the Drano Series for financial profit. That is an outright lie. She should be disbarred forthwith for making false allegations.
And Judge Mark E. Lawton should step down from the bench. My understanding is that the Clerk/Magistrate helped with the Order of Impoundment. If he didn't, then I ask to let me know if he did not.
Another note of interest about the order. The judge cited M.G. L. c. 119, sec. 38, as one of the bases of his order. Section 38 reads as follows:
Chapter 119: Section 38. Closed hearings; publication of names. In the Care and Protection case which the judge refers, there never was a hearing, there were only proceedings.Section 38. All hearings under sections one to thirty-seven, inclusive, shall be closed to the general public and it shall be
unlawful to publish the names of persons before the court in any hearing provided for therein, except under section
twenty-one."At the least, a proceeding where no one is allowed to argue or present evidence cannot constitute a "hearing."Umina v. Malbica, 27 Mass,App.Ct. 351, 361 (1989), quoting Milton Commons Associates v. Board of Appeals of Milton, 14 Mass.App.Ct. 111, 114-115, 436 N.E.2d 1236 (1982).It is highly unlikely that Brenden ever appeared before Judge Lawton and therefore that the condition of Brenden is simply that which his mother, Robyn, told to Deborah Wolf. In my humble opinion, given Robyn's history, there is little left of her credibility.
Lastly, Jim Linnehan is not responsible for anything I have put up on this site. He gave me his photos at my request. I am the one who uploaded them.

Over the years, I have received hundreds of phonecalls and emails for recommendations of and referrals to family-law and civil rights attorneys and self-help groups across this nation, 3500 miles wide and 1500 deep plus Hawaii and Alaska. Clearly, it is impossible for me to be responsive to these requests.
A word about the Google ads being added to this site
Sooooo . . . not only can the few dollars from the ads pay for the expenses of this website, you, too, can also benefit: you can learn on your own which attorneys and which self-help groups in those areas of the law are available to help you.
Hoping that the ads will give you sufficient information to satisfy your requests for recommendations and referrals, I have been reformatting the files on this website to accommodate the maximum number of ads that Google's policy allows per file.
By the way, I have no control over which ads appear. They are chosen by Google according to the content -- I think -- in each file.
HELP: Any HTML programmer know how to get rid of the extra <> below the Google ads at the top of the files and the <> in the upper right-hand corners of the Google ads on the right-hand side of the screen? i've wasted hours, if not days, trying to figure out WHY they are there in some files and not in others . . . and how to get rid of them. THANKS!!
