Way* *Mom's Ex Parte Motion to Continue and Judge Mary McCauley Manzi's Unlawful Decision and Appeals Court Judge George Jacobs' Denial of Relief |

Mom's counsel sends her FAXes through the Rufus Choate House. I haven't a clue what that is. But 3:52 p.m. is when I received the FAXed Motion to Continue. Note that is is five minutes after Judge Manzi received her copy. |

The FAX time stamp -- 3:47 p.m. -- on Judge Mary McCauley Manzi's decision, which was endorsed on mom's Motion to Continue, shows that the FAXed motion arrived at the courthouse five minutes before I received the FAXed motion and that Manzi's clerk FAXed Manzi's decision to me at 17:13, or 5:13 p.m. |

Manzi handwrote "as prayed for" . . . as if the words would swath her allowance in lawfulness. |
