    Attorney-General Reilly's Motion to Dismiss
    Complaint for Contempt
    Against Court and Its Judge*

Because the judge was not a party in the interlocutory appeals, the Complaint for Contempt had to be brought against the court as well as the judge.   (Complaint is in Drano #56.)
Upon receipt of the Motion to Dismiss, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court summarily dismissed the Complaint -- without giving the plaintiff an opportunity to oppose the motion.
